Program Requirements and Cost
- Age between 18-70 years of age
- Have medical insurance to access the medications through regular pharmacy pending insurance approval, but there is a cash option available if NO medical insurance, high deductible, or declined by insurance through our nationwide certified compound pharmacy network and local MedSpa partnerships.
- BMI that is >30 or 27-29 with chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, sleep apnea, and others
- NOT pregnant or breastfeeding
- NOT have an active substance abuse problem
- NOT active eating disorder (e.g., anorexia or bulimia), cancer, recent bariatric surgery (within the past 18 months), active gallbladder disease, or a history of pancreatitis in the past six months
- NO family or personal history of medullary thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasias (MEN syndrome)
- Must live in the USA now, offering this program in AL, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, NH, OK, OH, TN, TX, VT, WI, and WV.
