Jose Ventura, MD, SFHM, FAAFP
Dr. Ventura attended the Universidad Evangelica of El Salvador for his doctorate in medicine. He relocated to the United States to pursue his internship and residency training in family medicine at the prestigious Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. During his final year of residency, he served as a Chief Resident. Following his residency program, he joined the Maine Dartmouth Family Medicine Program at Augusta, Maine, as a faculty member while at the same time doing his Geriatric Medicine Fellowship Program.
He has worked in traditional clinical, hospital settings, and innovative telehealth environments, holding key leadership positions. During his medical career, he has earned several outstanding achievements, including serving as a Chief Medical Officer for a nationwide company called ReliantMD; with all that experience, he decided to take his knowledge to the next level and create BThere Healthcare to provide a new holistic and high-quality medical care for patients at the convenience of their home.
Natasha Pervez, MSN, RN, FNP-BC
Natasha Pervez, NP, is a dedicated nurse practitioner with over nine years of experience in outpatient and inpatient care. Natasha is committed to providing quality care for patients of all ages throughout Maine, at BThere Healthcare. Natasha has worked in a variety of health specialties, including pediatrics, trauma care, and orthopedics. She completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Texas Woman’s University before pursuing her master’s degree in nursing at Georgetown University. She holds certification through the Texas Board of Nursing and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
She is also certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), basic cardiac life support (BCLS), and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS). Natasha specializes in acute care for common illnesses such as urinary tract infection (UTI), strep throat, flu, sinusitis, and COVID-19. She provides compassionate counseling for children and their families struggling with health conditions like Down syndrome, autism, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Adrienne Holland, AGNP
Adrienne Holland graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2020 with a Master of Science in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She has an extensive background in personal training specializing in training athletes, those focusing on weight management or general strengthening. Her nursing background includes cardiovascular medicine, ICU management, and general medicine. She focuses on providing adult/geriatric medical care to reach the highest potential.

Russell Kimball, PA
Russell Kimball, is a physician assistant who has over 24 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and Opiate Use Disorder (OUD) care. Currently, Russell serves patients with OUD through telehealth Groups in Maine. Russell has recently joined BThere Healthcare to deliver optimal health and wellness psychiatric services to the patients of this telehealth medical service. Before completing his undergraduate education in liberal arts at The University of Tulsa in Oklahoma, Russell was drafted and served in the United States Army Finance Corps in Viet Nam.
Returning to Tulsa from Viet Nam, he married and began to raise a family with six children. During that time, he then received his Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy at Southern Maine Community College before pursuing his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England. During his career, he has acquired extensive experience delivering compassionate, respectful, and diligent medication services, as well as some counseling in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric centers, as well as at OUD clinics in a group therapy setting.
Russel Kimball
He has also served as the psychiatric consultant for the Co-Occurring Disorders Court in Augusta, Maine. He has been an active community service volunteer and looks forward to serving the healthcare needs of the patients of BThere Healthcare. Tracy attended Arkansas State for my Applied Science Associate degree and nursing degree. Have worked in long term care for 20 years in many different areas from being a charge nurse, MDS , Assistant Director of Nursing, Infection Control and Director of Nursing.
In 2020 the start of Covid -19 she started in a new rule in special projects conducting CMS surveys related to infection control . Assisting facilities with PIP’s and QAPI’s to improve the overall care of residents and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Moving to telemedicine in Oct 2020 assisting patients in treatment during the pandemic by becoming a Practice Administrator at ReliantMD in their nationwide platform.
Ensuring excellent patient care has always been her top priority.
